What if I’m not happy with my cleaner?



Our staff will be happy to co-ordinate a change of cleaner for you. Also, if your cleaner is sick or goes on holiday, we can arrange a fill in cleaner for the time that your regular person will be away. Any changes can be made by calling us directly.

Can I contact my cleaner direct if I need to change my service day?



Our office staff will accommodate the change and would be happy to organize a replacement for you for the day.

Do I supply my own equipment and products?



We will provide our cleaning products. However if you prefer to use a certain type hygiene purposes we then do ask you to provide your own products and equipment.
However for end of lease or spring cleans the cleaners will provide all products and equipment.
